Parts of the Family is a 2003 Belgian-American comedy horror feature film directed by Léon Paul De Bruyn (Maniac Nurses) from a screenplay by John Idem and Liam Bradley. The Idep Bvpa-Troma Entertainment production was co-produced by Johan Vandewoestijne (Purgatory; Rabid Grannies and director of Laundry Man; Lucker the Necrophagous) and stars Cecilia Bergqvist, Bob Dougherty and Leo Franquet.
Plot:
Beyond the front door of an old, decrepit house a horrible and tragic past is buried. One night a family of four were brutally hacked to pieces. The only survivor is the young and beautiful housekeeper, Ella. When she steps out of the house one day, she has no idea that she is about to be snatched by failed bank robber Jason Goodis. The latter, however, could not have imagined that the innocent hostage he is dragging back inside, has an unquenchable thirst for blood!
